SHIPPING POLICY

We move with intention and so do your orders.

Orders placed by 12PM Central Time ship out no later than the end of the next business day. Orders placed after 12PM or over the weekend go out the following business day.

Standard shipping: 5 to 7 business days.
Express shipping: 2 to 3 business days.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We ship worldwide because RIALITY was made for the woman who moves through the world. Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the customer's responsibility. Delivery times vary by destination.

Once your order ships you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Give it 24 to 48 hours to update, then follow it all the way to your door.

Once a delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we aren't able to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Reach out to us at info@rialityofficial.com and we'll do everything we can to help you work it out with the carrier.
