We want you to feel as good in your RIALITY pieces as you do when you first see them. If something isn't working for you, we've got you.

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request an exchange or store credit. Pieces need to come back to us unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags on.

To start, email us at info@rialityofficial.com with your order number and a quick note about what's going on. We'll get back to you within 2 business days.

We offer exchanges or store credit rather than refunds. Your store credit never expires and works on anything on the site.

Anything marked discounted or on sale is final sale.

If something arrived wrong or damaged, that's on us. Email info@rialityofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll take care of you.
