We want you to feel as good in your RIALITY pieces as you do when you first see them. If something isn't working for you, we've got you.

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Choose a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for another size or another piece, or store credit. Whatever works for you.

Pieces need to come back to us unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags on.

To start, email us at hello@rialityofficial.com with your order number and a quick note about what's going on. We'll get back to you within 2 business days.

Return shipping is covered by the customer.

Refunds post to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving your return, depending on your bank. Store credit never expires and works on anything on the site.

Anything marked discounted or on sale is final sale.

If something arrived wrong or damaged, that's on us. Email hello@rialityofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll take care of you.
