What sizes do you carry?
Every Fever Dream piece comes in XS to 2XL. Our model is 5'9" and wears a size XS.
How do the pieces fit?
True to size. The velvet tops are close and body skimming, so if you are between sizes and want a softer drape, size up. The skirts sit high on the waist with an adjustable ribbon tie, so the fit is always yours.
How do I care for my pieces?
Dry clean only. It keeps the velvet soft, the color rich, and the shape exactly as it should be.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 12PM Central Time ship out no later than the end of the next business day. Orders placed after 12PM or over the weekend go out the following business day.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is 5 to 7 business days. Express is 2 to 3 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the customer's responsibility. Delivery times vary by destination.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Give it 24 to 48 hours to update, then follow it all the way to your door.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or store credit. Pieces must come back unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags on. Email info@rialityofficial.com with your order number to start.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer exchanges or store credit rather than refunds. Your store credit never expires and works on anything on the site.
Are sale items returnable?
Anything discounted or on sale is final sale.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
That is on us. Email info@rialityofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will take care of you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal. All prices are in USD.
Will sold out pieces restock?
Some styles restock and some are limited. Join our email and text list and follow @riality.official to be first to know when a piece returns or a new drop lands.
